Main Share
Your savings dollars at the Credit Union are called “shares.” The funds you deposit into your Credit Union share (savings) account is in turn invested by the Credit Union or loaned to your fellow members.
Establish your The Andovers Federal Credit Union membership with a $25.00 deposit. Your main share savings account will begin to earn dividends when you achieve a $50.00 balance.
The main share is a basic savings account for your everyday needs and may be accessed at any ATM with the use of a debit card or ATM card. A balance of $25.00 is required at all times to avoid a monthly service charge.
The main share account is an excellent foundation for establishing savings habits, and is a requirement to maintain your membership with the Credit Union.
Happy savings!
